Therefore, it has been proven that working from home is a necessity and has its perks as well.

The majority of the workers used to complain about not getting enough rest or not getting enough time to spend with their family and to accommodate their own lives. Now that they finally have been given a chance to work effectively in the comfort of their own homes, their employees are somewhat satisfied. Evidence has it that working from home has majorly affected the productivity rate and increased revenues.

Workers tend to work better and more productively in the comfort of their homes. On the other hand, working from home has negatively affected the working sector in a very as well. People are being too engaged in their work. The fine line between work and personal lives has become blurred, and it ends up in employees being exhausted on another level as they spend more time in front of their screens.

1. Some people are in favor of the hybrid model, but some are against it as well.
2. The physical offices will not end; however, they will be in use in other ways. 
3. Technological work would be present, i.e., freelancing, etc. 
4. The productivity level will be affected on a large scale. 
5. The culture of working in firms may decrease. 
6. More time would be invested in communication, and it would be majorly through technology.
