Before installing macOS Monterey on the virtual computer, you must first download certain files and applications. Finally, you’ll need to acquire the macOS Monterey ISO image, which you can get via the sources below.
Step 2: Install and Create a New Virtual Machine
The second step in installing macOS Monterey on a Windows PC using VirtualBox is to install VirtualBox. After you’ve finished configuring all of the virtual machine’s settings, there’s one more thing you need to perform from the CMD as administrator. So, choose File > Close VirtualBox from the File menu. After that, open the notepad file you downloaded. Replace the VM name with the name of the virtual machine for macOS Monterey that you installed.

Start CMD with administrator rights now.
Run CMD as an administrator.
Copy all of the lines of code from the notepad and paste them one at a time on the CMD, then hit enter.
Use CMD to execute the commands.
Step 4: Install macOS Monterey in a virtual machine on a Windows PC.
It’s time to start a fresh installation of macOS Monterey on a virtual machine running Windows 11. So start the virtual machine from the VirtualBox home page and wait for all those lines of code to disappear. Following that, you will be presented with a window where you must choose a language.
