Google Chrome is the world’s most popular browser. In fact, almost 63% of people prefer this browser because of its simple and intuitive interface. Although Google Chrome is available for various platforms, it has not yet been released for Firestick devices. Amazon firesticks are primarily designed for entertainment purposes. At the same time, it is not easy to use Google Chrome with the Firestick remote control.
To install Google Chrome on theUSB stick
Since Google Chrome is not available in the Amazon App Store, you will need to download Chrome’s apk file from the site using the Downloader application, ES File Explorer, Aptoide TV and other features. Regardless of the page loader, you must configure Firestick to download applications from unknown or external sources.

1) Turn on the Firestick and connect it to the internet.
2) Start the bootloader application. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, you can get it from the Amazon App Store.
3) Press the Select button on the remote control to highlight the URL field.
4) Enter http://bit.ly/3nbIDel using the on-screen keyboard and press Go.
5) The Chrome Apk file is downloaded to the Firestick.
6) In the next window, select Next and then Install.
7) Wait for the chrome to settle on the fire stick.
8) Click on the Open button and accept the terms and conditions.
As mentioned before, using the Chrome navigator on Firestick with a Firestick remote control can be difficult. We therefore recommend that you download the Mouse Toggle on Firestick and use it for better navigation.
Google Chrome cast in Firestick of Smartphone
Another way to use Chrome on Firestick is to start the browser from a smartphone or computer. First you need to enable screen mirroring on the Firestick.
1) On the Home screen, select Settings.
2) Select the playback and sound option.
3) Press the Enable Display option.
4) A pop-up window appears with a message : While this screen is open, guest devices can mirror their display wirelessly by (name of the device).

- Press and hold the Home button on the remote control.
- Select the Mirror option to activate it.

- Connect your Android phone and Firestick to the same Wi-Fi network.
- On your Android phone, remove the notification bar and select Cast or the Wireless Display or Screen Mirror tab.
- Touch the three-point menu and turn on the radio display.
- Select the Firestick device.
- Your mobile phone is reflected on the TV screen.
- Open the Google Chrome browser and start surfing the web.
Chrome cast on a Fire Cane with the iPhone
To mirror your iPhone on the Firestick, you need to install the AirScreen application on the Amazon Firestick.
- Download AirScreen on Firestick from the Amazon store.
- Start the application, select Start Now and wait a few seconds.
- Connect your iPhone and Firestick to the same network.
- On your iPhone, open the Control Center and select the Mirror Screen option.
- Select the device and the iPhone screen appears on the TV screen.
- Open Chrome and start navigating.

- Connect your Firestick and Windows 10 PC to the same WiFi network.
- Click on the notification icon in the lower right corner and select Connect.
- Select Firestick and the computer will show a mirror on the TV screen.
- Open the Chrome browser and go to the website you want.
These are different methods to access Google Chrome on Amazon Firestick. Although you can download an apk version of Chrome to the Firestick, it is recommended to use the Silk Browser (the default Firestick browser). You will enjoy an impeccable viewing experience on your streaming device.
